Sure Property was the estate agents that my vendor used. They were excellent in their part of the sale. The chain was long and stressful but Kate kept me thoroughly updated, was reassuring and helped alleviate some of the pressure that was being put upon me from other estate agents. When we hit problems they worked tirelessly to try to work through the issues. This included a lot of communication with me as well as the other people, estate agents and solicitors involved in the chain.
I had an independent mortgage broker but when my mortgage fell through, Sure were able to give mortgage assistance and find a solution that even the broker wasn’t able to.
Of course there is something in it for them but they seemed to genuinely care and were easy to build a rapport with which was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend them.

Not your typical review, rather this is a review specifically for Kate Bennett, who went above and beyond to help myself and my former housemates to resolve an ongoing dispute with a utilities company. It seemed one of Kate's predecessors had not properly noted that there was an issue with one of the meters at our former property, leading to myself and my housemates being asked to foot a bill that was by no means justified. Kate helped us to liase with the utilities company while providing all of the evidence we needed to prove that the meter was faulty, despite us having moved out 8 months ago. Kate had no obligation to help us, rather she chose to pick up the pieces of issues left unresolved from those before her rather than ignore them, which was highly admirable. This ultimately led to us successfully disputing the bill with the utilities company. She was a huge help.

I’ve used Sure as a landlord for the last two years, and would highly recommend the company. They got me my first tenant literally within a day or two and he stayed for two years and left the property in pretty much as good, if not better state than before, even planting roses in the garden! Sure conducted regular checks and maintenance was really good, pointing out before the tenancy began any things which needed done and doing these at a reasonable rate, and during the tenancy (though these were very few). On looking for new tenants, very professional looking photos were taken, resulting in immediate strong interest from many people. I stayed one day and met many of the potential tenants, who were lovely (the company vets its clients first), and I felt that pretty much all of them would be good and take care of the flat, and some were a delight to meet! My flat definitely has improved since Sure have taken it on, and all the staff are friendly and very nice to deal with – would highly recommend.
